Viride's pilot project. Pinecrest Villas is a collection of 4 luxury uniquely designed homes with sustainable architectural features including: cross ventilation, natural light, xeriscape landscaping, and are solar panel adaptable. 

Complete retrofit andremodel of property in Coral Gables including interior design and addition of sustainable features.

Complete rain water harvesting system design. Exterior visualization and redesign of upgraded porch entrance to a more modern aesthetic look. Revamp of patio floor and building of pergola for additional social area at home in Gables State.  

Interior design and remodel of health center facility in South Florida. Our goal for this project was to add well and sustainable features to make a peaceful ambiance for both the patients and workers of the center.

Remodeling project in Cutler Bay. Addition of natural light and better mechanical systems to improve R-value of envelope. Complete revamp of stairs, kitchen counter, and closets to add a modern look to the property.  

Modular commercial project in Puerto Rico. The 8x20 modular cabin was adapted with design and space to serve as a food truck style restaurant. The cabins and insulated, have a/c and relocatable.
