Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Marisela is an industrial engineer with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and a finance accreditation from IESA Venezuela. As the founder of Viride Development, she spearheaded the pilot project Pinecrest Fields Properties, where she acquired, replatted, and developed two sustainable dwelling units, totaling over 10,000 square feet of eco-friendly construction.

Throughout her career, Marisela has been actively involved in the design and construction of water-related systems across South America. She has also served as a consultant and a key member of LEED certification teams for sustainable projects, primarily in Puerto Rico and Venezuela, as well as in various environmental initiatives related to the oil industry.

Associate

A highly experienced mechanical engineer with postgraduate studies in Non-Conventional Energy and Thermodynamics (TH Karlsruhe, Germany, 1982), along with a specialization in Marketing (IESA, Venezuela, 2002). Recognized as the first Certified Energy Manager in Latin America by the Association of Energy Engineers (USA).

With over 40 years in the construction industry, his expertise spans electromechanical and HVAC contracting, as well as international consulting for private clients and major development banks, including the World Bank, Corporación Andina, the Inter-American Bank, and the European Union.

Currently, he is working in Puerto Rico as part of the CDBG R3 program, ensuring compliance with green building standards.

Associate

Sonia brings over 40 years of experience in planning and public policy, with a strong focus on sustainable construction over the past 15 years. Her work emphasizes the social impact of construction, blending research and practical implementation.

She has collaborated with various companies and organizations, where she was responsible for overseeing economic outcomes while ensuring awareness of the social and environmental impact of business management. Recognizing the importance of ethical governance, she has been instrumental in integrating ESG strategies—environmental, social, and governance principles—into corporate structures, promoting sustainable and responsible business models.

Associate

Jennifer has been a Realtor in South Florida for over 20 years, specializing in office and retail tenant representation as well as affordable housing.

She served as the 2019 Commercial President and 2020 Chairman of MIAMI Realtors, the largest Realtor association in the U.S., with 50,000 members and over 270 international agreements. Additionally, she was a member of Miami-Dade’s COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force.

A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Jennifer has a strong background in business and environmental management, bringing a well-rounded perspective to real estate and sustainable development.

Project Coordinator

Anabella has been a business consultant for the past five years, specializing in ESG, compliance, and real estate. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a nationally ranked international business program and furthered her education with a Master’s in Legal Studies.

Her experience includes roles such as Project Coordinator for Viride Development and Business Development Coordinator for EZBOX Modular Solutions, among others. With a strong passion for sustainable business practices, she brings valuable expertise in project coordination, business strategy, and responsible development.
