Marisela Pomenta
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Industrial engineer with a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and a finance accreditation from IESA Venezuela. Marisela is the founder of Viride Development, with the pilot project of Pinecrest Fields Properties in which she acquired, replated, and developed 2 sustainable dwelling units with over 10,000 SF of sustainable construction.
Over her professional career she has been involved in projects with the design and construction of water related systems in South America. Consulting and part of the LEED certification team in sustainable projects mainly in Puerto Rico and Venezuela as well as some Oil related environmental projects.
Johan Gathmann
Associate
Mechanical engineer with post-degree studies in Non-Conventional forms of energy and thermodynamics (TH Karlsruhe Germany 1982) Specialist in Marketing (IESA, Venezuela 2002) First Certified Energy Manager in Latin America (Association of Energy Engineers, USA).
With more than 40 years in the construction industry, including: electromechanical/HVAC contractor, international consultant for private clients and development banks as the World Bank, Corporación Andina, Interamerican Bank, and the European Union.
Currently working in Puerto Rico in the massive CDBG R3 program verifying green standards compliance.

Sonia De Paola
Associate
Sonia has more than 40 years of experience in planning and public policy, her focus has been on research and practice for the last 15 years in sustainable construction, with attention to the social impacts of construction.
She has worked with companies and organizations where she was responsible for their economic results and aware of the social and environmental impact of their management, which recognize the need and convenience of incorporating strategies that integrate ethical, sustainable and good governance practices into their management and business models (integrated ESG strategies: environmental, social, governance)
Jennifer Wollmann
Associate
Jennifer has been a Realtor for over 20 years in South Florida. She specializes in office and retail tenant representation and affordable housing.
Jennifer was the 2019 Commercial President and 2020 Chairman of MIAMI Realtors, the largest Realtor Association in the US with 50,000 members and over 270 agreements with international associations. She was member of Miami-Dade's COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task force, graduated from the University of San Francisco and has strong background in business and environmental management.
Anabella Fuenmayor
Project Coordinator
Anabella has been working as a business consultant for the last 5 years. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a nationally ranked international business program and continued her education with a Master's in legal studies. Anabella has strong knowledge and passion for ESG, compliance, and real estate. Her experience includes working as a project coordinator for Viride Development, Business Development Coordinator for EZBOX Modular Solutions, and more.
